The Country Club Of Sebring

Welcome to The Country Club of Sebring!   The Club has been under new ownership and management since late September.  The new owners have already made many improvements to the clubhouse and course.   Plus, the best is yet to come.   

Starting June 1st, the golf course will be under renovation.  The new ownership has elected to use Champion Turf Farms to replace all 18 greens, as well as a brand new 8,000 sq. foot practice green with Champion ultradwarf bermuda.  Champion Turf Farms has renovated many of the top golf courses in Florida, including the TPC @ Tampa Bay, Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill Club & Lodge, and Seminole Golf Club.   For more information on Champion Turf Farms, please visit their website www.championturffarms.com .

As well as replacing the greens, we will also be doing a lot of work on tee boxes and bunkers.  The entire renovation is scheduled to take approximately 8 - 10 weeks.  Please see the schedule below, to keep an eye on our progress:

May 26th & 27th - Round Up Greens
May 31st & June 1st - Prep Verticut & Scalp
June 2nd - Prep Aerify
June 3rd - Aerify Fumigate
June 4th - Fumigate
June 8th & 9th - Remove tarps from fumigation
June 13th - Amendments and Top dress
June 14th - Plant Sprigs

While we are going through the renovation process, the golf course will be set up with temporary greens, as well as several temporary tee boxes.

Just because the golf course is going through renovation doesn't mean things will be quiet at the Country Club of Sebring!  The Bar and Grill will still be operating with its new summer hours and Management has booked some of the top entertainers in the area for Friday nights throughout the summer.  But that's not it, the world famous Tiki Hut will also be open for those that come to keep an eye on us throughout our renovation, or for anyone looking to get some sun at the pool.  Please click on the "Grill" icon for Hours of Operation and Entertainment schedule.
